Overall good but kills keyboard clips

I have had this app (purchased) for just under 1 day , voice quality is good , but when the app is initialized, the iPhone keypad stops making the "clicking" sound, you reboot the phone , click works but the moment the app is launched, the clicks on the keyboard disappear. Have gone thru all options/ settings, just cant get back those clicks that I am so used to
