I bought this, as well as couple of other VoIP soft phones. I had serious one-way audio problems with Media5-fone. It seems it doesnt support STUN/ICE, which makes traversing NAT firewalls (which I frequently dont control) unreliable. Other apps, which do support those protocols had no issues at all making consistent two-way audio connections. I also would have liked to see a few more codecs available. Specifically, I had the best luck with SILK codec on a wide variety of networks. Media5-fone does not support it though. Otherwise, it seemed a bit buggy. It frequently told me i was running low on memory on my iPhone 4S. Again, other VoIP apps havent had that issue, so I have to assume theres an issue with Media5.

Very good, but it would be great to have multiple accounts online at the same time.

was the greatest app then iOS 8 came out and it seems like this app is still with iOS 6 in his mind (design). In addition the app is now unable to display your contacts from address book :-((

I am using this with VoIP.ms. Works great, nothing else I have tried was useable. I bought the 729 codec to improve sound on 3G, but it did work before the purchase.

It is working stable, the sounds quality is much much better compare to Skype! Easier to use. May be some small things are to improve, but generally it it just good!

I face problem with new update , when if I choose from contacts i cant made call , so write the number manual to call plz fix it ..

This app does not work well. At best it is marginal. There are two problems I have identified. One -- the more significant problem is that the sip headers seem to be incorrect when a proxy is used. The sip header when placing a call incorrectly uses the proxy address instead of the server address. So, calls cannot be made from the app (connected to Asterisk PBX running behind a NAT). Other apps do work properly (SIPPhone, WeePhone). Second problem is that when you connect (incoming calls work), delay in one direction is excessive. Also, there is NO information about the app available at their web site and no way to call except to dial a Canadian number. I would recommend AGAINST purchasing this app until these problems are fixed and instructions and support is available via the web.

This app was easy to setup and looks good. Easy to use. Does what it says. The voice quality is bad. I have all the others and this is in last place.

Still looking for a good SIP client that can use push to get calls while the AP isnt running in the foreground. Fring kinda works, but this one I couldnt get to work.

Connected up to our corporate network without any trouble. Voice works perfectly. Would like to see the ability for someone to dial in without the app open. Other than that great job on the app.

Im using this with our in-house asterisk PBX, and it works very well on both an iPhone and an iPad. Much better voice quality and lack-of-lag than all other SIP clients Ive tried. Kudos to the developers for including SIP traces and other power user options, too.

I use it everyday; this App is impressive, the sound quality is very good. Best softphone on the app store, away ahead completion. Buy it with no hesitation!

Downloaded this app, selected voip.ms provider, entered my username and password and get registered automatically against my voip.ms account. It is easy, works everywhere, sound is great and saves me a lot of money. My voip.ms account cost me only 5$ per month, nobody can beat this!
